We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. All items must be new, unopened and returned in original packaging. You must receive authorization from us before returning any items. If you fail to receive authorization prior to sending us a return, your refund may be delayed. Please email us at : orderz@healingifts.com for authorization prior to making a return to minimize any delays in receiving your credit. Refunds are subject to 25% restocking fee. This include unclaimed packages or returned packages due to non-delivery for any reasons.

If your original purchase qualified for FREE SHIPPING and you choose to return any part or all of your order, you will still be responsible for the original cost (actual charges we incurred may differ from your actual cost- we are charging you a flat fee of $12.50 for most order under $150.00) we incurred to ship the product to you and the costs to send the product to us.

Damaged Merchandise : Please inspect all packages promptly, any damage should be reported BEFORE 10 DAYS or the claim with USPS / UPS to be made and a new part / item shipped. We cannot process any claims after the 10-DAY TIME FRAME for damage claims.
