SHIPPING - If your order is over $99, a FREE SHIPPING OPTION will be determined by us, if we need to use USPS priority mail for smaller packages or UPS for larger sized boxes. FREE shipping options WILL NOT APPLY to orders weighing MORE than 15 LBS ---- examples- gallon items ---however, you will ONLY be charged complimentary $9.80.

If your order is under $99, there will be a flat fee of $ 9.80 shipping and handling charge, for orders weighing 10 lbs or less, or fitting a regular small USPS Flat Rate 2-day priority box . For more than 10 bs , we charge $13.50 or fitting a larger size USPS Flat rate 2-day priority Box. This is easier to calculate and most of our clients are happy with this shipping option. We prefer shipping by UPS to street addresses only, otherwise, USPS for PO BOXES or personal preferences. Orders going to APO's, FPO's,ALASKA and HAWAII, International shipping and custom dues may have ADDITIONAL shipping charges added. We will contact you about the final charges and we reserve the right to modify shipping charges.

Generally, products will be shipped in 1-2 business days. Allow at least 1 week for customized gift ensembles and healingyu cards. Specify EXACT DATE gift should be received by recipient. Email or fill up forms as complete as possible to prevent delays.

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. All items must be new, unopened and returned in original packaging. You must receive authorization from us before returning any items. If you fail to receive authorization prior to sending us a return, your refund may be delayed. Please email us at : orders@healingifts.com for authorization prior to making a return to minimize any delays in receiving your credit. Refunds are subject to 25% restocking fee. This includeds unclaimed packages or returned packages due to non-delivery for any reasons.

If your original purchase qualified for FREE SHIPPING and you choose to return any part or all of your order, you will still be responsible for the original cost (actual charges we incurred may differ from your actual cost- we are charging you a flat fee of $11.10 for most order under $150.00) we incurred to ship the product to you and the costs to send the product to us.

All refunds will be made to the person/credit card that made the original purchase. NOTE : The cost to ship many of the large items can be significant, so please be sure the product you order is exactly what you want and the published shipping timeframes meet your needs!

ORDER CANCELLATION: You may cancel an order PRIOR to processing and/or shipping. You will be charged 10% cancellation fee. You must send an email at orders@healingifts.com. Any shipped items that you return are subject to 25% restocking fee and any shipping costs that we incur, these costs include both the original cost we incurred to ship the product to you and subsequent shipping costs to ship the product back. NOTE: The cost to ship many of the large items can be significant, so please be sure the product you order is exactly what you want and the published shipping timeframes will work for you. We pride ourselves in our ability to quickly process and ship our orders, so please notify us as soon as possible regarding any cancellations or changes to avoid any unnecessary charges.

Damaged Merchandise : Please inspect all packages promptly, any damage should be reported BEFORE 10 DAYS or the claim with USPS / UPS to be made and a new part / item shipped. If an item is damaged during shipment, please contact us IMMEDIATELY and save the packing materials at orders@healingifts.com or call us at 1-505-863-3772. We cannot process any claims after the 10-DAY TIME FRAME for damage claims. It is your responsibility or your recipient's to open and inspect the merchandise UPON RECEIPT to insure no damage has occurred. We encourage you to call your LOVED ONES approximately the shipping date of receipt to insure this policy.
