Spirulina powder is available in 2 1/4 oz. (63g) which contains about 45 1/2 teaspoon (1,5g) doses, and 4 3/4 oz. (133g) which contains about 95 1/2 teaspoon (1,5g) doses. Spirulina tablets are available in 75 and 200. DOSAGE:

Powder: Start with 1/2 teaspoon (1,5g) daily mixed in water or juice, and increase to 1 teaspoon (3g) daily for a maintenance dose. Tablets: 2 tablets equals 1/4 teaspoon (0,75g). Start with 4 tablets daily and increase to 8 tablets daily for a maintenance dose. CONTRAINDICATIONS AND CAUTIONS:
